These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StayNexus Global website and the corporate housing, serviced-apartment, hotel-booking and travel-management services we provide. By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

StayNexus Global acts as a provider and co-ordinator of accommodation and travel services. We source serviced apartments, corporate housing, hotels, flights and ground transport for business travellers, project teams and relocating employees across the USA and worldwide.

Enquiries submitted through our website are requests for a quote, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation.

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
• Pricing may change due to availability, length of stay, seasonality and partner terms until a booking is confirmed.
• Payment terms, deposits and any applicable taxes or fees will be confirmed in writing before a booking is finalised.
• Length-of-stay discounts and corporate rates are applied per the terms of each property or partner.

Each booking is subject to the cancellation and amendment policy of the relevant property or partner, which we will share with you before confirmation. Changes requested after confirmation may incur charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate guest details and for ensuring all travellers hold valid identification and any required visas or permits.

• Respect house rules, check-in/check-out times and occupancy limits of each property.
• Use accommodation responsibly and report any damage promptly.
• Comply with all applicable local laws during your stay.

While we take care to work with reputable partners, StayNexus Global is not liable for acts, omissions or service failures of third-party providers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service fee paid to us for the affected booking.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which StayNexus Global operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
